We have something similar to paklay in Venezuela: we call it mondongo when it's a soup (trippa soup in English), or callos when it's more like a stew, name inherited from Spain. I don't eat this, but my husband loves it.

Thank you for dropping by friend, I think the origin of “Paklay” is from Spain.
