STEEMFOODS || PORK CUTLET WITH CURRY

Let me share with you this recipe of mine. A recipe that I rarely serve in our table. A recipe that rarely be tasted by my family.

I have my curry paste that my brother-in-law gave me and since I have also pork meat, I came up with this recipe. The Pork Cutlet with Curry.

For Pork Cutlet:

  • boneless pork meat
  • black pepper
  • garlic powder
  • iodized salt
  • cheese
  • flour
  • eggs
  • bread crumbs
  • oil

For Curry:

  • potatoes
  • carrots
  • red bell pepper
  • onion
  • curry paste
  • water
  • oil

"PREPARATION"

  • Cut a slit through the center of the pork meat.

  • Season the pork meat with salt, garlic powder and black pepper on both sides.

  • Place the cheese in the center slit of the pork meat.

"COATING AND DIPPING"

  • Coat the pork with flour.

  • Then dip in the egg.

  • Then coat with bread crumbs evenly.

"FRYING"

  • Heat oil in a pan.

  • When heat, put the pork and fry until golden brown.

  • When it is already golden brown, remove from the pan and drain using paper towel. And set aside.

"COOKING THE CURRY"

  • In another pan, put a little amount of oil and heat.

  • Saute the onion.

  • Add the potatoes, carrots and the red bell pepper. And mix.

  • Add water, cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes.

  • After 10 minutes, add the curry paste. Mix until dissolve.

  • Cover and cook for about 5-8 minutes. Then set aside.

  • Slice the pork cutlet.

  • Pour curry on half part top of the pork cutlet.

  • Then serve.
