SteemFoods Contest 19 || Prepare A Special Cake for Mother's Day! (Delicious Rice Cake)
Hello everyone , Happy Mother's Day to all mommies around the globe. This is my entry about the contest hosted by @steemitfoods. "Prepare a special cake for mothers day". So I decided to make a rice cake for my lovely Mama and for my beautiful wife @momshie85.
Ingredients:
2 cups of Soak rice
1 pack Cheese
2 cans of evaporated milk
1 can of condense milk
baking powder
Procedure:
- First washed the rice until the water is cleaned and soaked it for 6 hours. After soaking separate the water from the rice.
- Strained it and let it be permented for two to three hours.
- See to it if its already permented, and it's time to add our condensed milk and evaporated milk
- Then add the baking powder and stir continuously.
- Before you start cooking make it sure to preheat the steam cooker.
- Then add the cheese.
- Wait for 20 to 30 minutes to cook our delicious and cheezier rice cake. Then put a decorations to our cake.
- Now my delicious rice cake is ready to serve to beloved mama Jean and to my wife.
