Warmest greetings to all my Steemfoods friends.

I have no work today because it's a holiday since we are celebrating the all Saint's day. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to visit the cemetery these days due to pandemic. I stayed home, so I have enough time to prepare my food for today.

MY MORNING!

Since I have a left over fried fish last night, so I made a "caldeo" recipe dish for our breakfast. This is my normal dish whenever I had extra fried fish in my previous meal. I cook my caldeo with spices like red onion, spring onion, tomato and the main ingredients to make it a caldeo dish is the eggs. It's so delicious and nutritious. The soup was so yummy I love it. As usual I ate rice in every major meal I had. It's ok for me not to eat in between snacks as long as I ate my major meals. Then a slice of an apple as my dessert. I started my day with a full stomach. It's a good source to boost my energy for the whole day.

MY LUNCH!

I never cooked fried chicken few days ago. My kids and I was craving for it. So I decided to cook fried chicken for our lunch. In preparing my fried chicken is so simple. I put only a crispy fry on a fresh cut chicken meat, then fry it. Wait until it became golden brown and it's done! Partner it with hot and spicy sauce, it's so yummy. A ripe banana for my dessert completes my meal.

TOWARDS AFTERNOON !

After lunch, I went to the supermarket and bought my groceries. Then i also bought cooked ham and a sliced bread. When I came home, I feel tired and a bit hungry. So, I made a sandwich with ham and cheese for my afternoon snacks and relaxed for a while. Then I took a nap for an hour afterwards to recharge energy.

MY DINNER!

I had a heavy meal in my breakfast and lunch. In the evening, I thought of a light meal but still I ate rice. I chose to have a sunny up side down fried egg at dinner with a sliced mango for a dessert. I ate dinner quite earlier in such a way, I can still burned some calories before going to bed.

I had a great day and satisfied with my food for the whole day. To have a food in a table and a good health to my whole family is such a great blessings specially in this trying times.
