@steemfoods- made some soft buns

Here I am again to share with you something great that you will enjoy doing because when I am doing it,I enjoy it and so will you.
Here we go. I am going to take you through the process of making soft buns.
Many of us are not lovers of sliced bread but when it comes to buns,,it is yummy in our tummy because they are so delicious and soft.
Today I made buns and I am here to share with you, so here we go;
SOFT BUNS
Ingredients
4cups all-purpose flour
11/2 tablespoon of dry active yeast
1/2 cup of warm water
1/2 cup of milk
1 big egg
2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
2 tablespoon of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of melted butter
Process
- Put measured dry yeast in the warm water and let it sit for 2min.
2.combine granulated sugar , salt and all purpose flour in the bowl and mix them together.
3.add the mixed egg, yeast and milk.
4.mix at a medium speed until your mixture is smooth and in an elastic form of way.
Continue mixing with the wooden stick and add in flour until it is smooth.
Need with hands and then cover with a cloth or plastic polythene for about 1hour in a warm place.for I decided to place mine in the oven with only the lights on for an hour.
5.when it has risen and has doubled in size, oil your hands and punch the dough for the air to get out and need it again.
6.shape the dough into round buns( desired shape) and place into the greased pan
7.brush the top with the melted butter, cover with a cloth and let it rise.
8.preheat the oven at 350°f depending on how hot your oven gets.
9.place the risen buns in the oven and bake for 14-15min until they are golden brown.
10.Remove from pan immediately and brush the buns with melted butter when they are still hot.
Serve preferably when warm.
So yummy and soft with that awesome smell.
