Crema de Chocote

Hola queridos amigos de #SteemFoods, feliz y bendecido día. Como lo prometido es deuda, hoy vengo a enseñarles a realizar la crema de chocolate que utilice en mi receta de torta de Moka. Es súper sencilla y queda deliciosa. Sin más que agregar aquí les dejo la preparación.

Hello dear #SteemFoods friends, happy and blessed day. As promised is a debt, today I come to teach you how to make the chocolate cream that I use in my Moka cake recipe. It is super simple and it is delicious. Without more to add here I leave the preparation.

 

Ingredientes

 

-         1 Taza de Mantequilla o Manteca

-         4 Cucharadas de Cacao

-         1 ½ Taza Azúcar Pulverizada

-         Vainilla

Ingredients

- 1 Cup of Butter or Lard

- 4 tablespoons of cocoa

- 1 ½ Cup Powdered Sugar

- Vanilla

 

Preparación

Si no tienen Azúcar pulverizada pueden meter en la licuadora una taza y listo

 If you don't have powdered sugar, you can put a cup in the blender and that's it.

Batimos la mantequilla hasta cremar, es decir hasta que doble su tamaño y se ponga más clara.

Beat the butter until creamy, that is, until it doubles in size and becomes lighter.

 

Agregamos el cacao y batimos hasta que se integren por completo.

We add the cocoa and beat until they are completely integrated.

 

Le ponemos el toque de vainilla y seguimos batiendo

 We add a touch of vanilla and continue beating

Por último agregamos la azúcar pulverizada, a velocidad baja hasta integrar y luego la subimos a velocidad alta. Batimos por dos minutos seguidos y listos.

Finally we add the powdered sugar, at low speed until integrated and then we raise it to high speed. We beat for two minutes in a row and ready.

 

Ahora podemos decorar a nuestro gusto o también sirve para rellenar tortas.

Now we can decorate to our liking or it can also be used to fill cakes.
