Preparation procedures

First of all, i sliced my ukazi

After slicing, i kept it aside

I then removed the bones in the fish. After which i washed it along with the stockfish

I then put them in a pot and set it on fire

I then added it pepper, seasoning cube(star maggi) and salt. All to my taste

After adding all this, i then washed my onion, sliced and pounded it because i hate seeing its particles on my meal, then i added it.

IMG_20210607_114429.jpgwhile adding the onion

So i allowed it to steam for like 10minutes so that the stockfish could be soft. After the 10minutes, i added red oil. One big spoon.

IMG_20210607_114544.jpg1big spoon of red oil

Also, i allowed it to steam again for like 3minutes. Then i added my already grinded crayfish

I covered it and allowed it to steam for more 2 minutes before adding ogbono

note please: at this juncture, please make sure that you must first put salt to taste before adding ogbono, or else, ogbono will lose it drawing power. Also, do not cover the pot once you added ogbono.

So after adding the ogbono, i opened it for some minutes

Now, while waiting, i washed the Ukazi leaf, pounded it and added it to the soup
