How to make steamed sponge
Hallo everyone, nice to meet you. Today I want to make steamed sponge.

The ingrediens are :
- 500 gram flour
- 4 eggs
- 250 gram sugar
- 250 gram margarine
- 7 ml water
- Food coloring: red, green and purple
Steps :
- Beat eggs and sugar then add the sifted flour,   margarine,  and water.  Beat until the dough thickens .
  
- Then, take 6 table spoons of dough. 2 table spoons of red coloring, 2 table spoons of green coloring and 2 table spoons again of purple coloring. 
- Put the white dough into the mold that has been lined with parchment paper. 
- Then , above the white dough, give a litle green, red or purple dough alternately. 
- Before steem the dough, cover the cormorant covered with a cloth. So that moisture does not fall into the dough. 
- Then steam over the steamer for 30 minutes. 
- The steamed sponge ready to serve .
