Hello lovely people of steemfoods, I’m glad to share with you how I prepared my rice with chicken stew

It’s been a while since I ate rice with chicken stew and since it’s a weekend I decided to prepare this delicious meal.

Ingredients

Chicken

Red pepper, onion, garlic, ginger, and green pepper for steaming of the chicken

Fresh tomatoes

Processed tomatoes

Vegetable oil

Salt

Method of preparation

Blend the red pepper, onion, garlic, ginger, and green pepper for steaming of the chicken

Pour the blends on the chicken and add salt

Put the chicken on fire and allow to steam

Chicken is ready to be fried

Pour vegetable oil in a frying pan and put it on fire for the oil to be hot a bit

Put the chicken in the oil and allow to fry

Chicken is ready

Blend the fresh tomatoes with pepper and onions

Add the blends to the chicken stock and put on fire

Allow the stew to cook after add the fried chicken

Stew is ready

I cooked the rice in the rice cooker so it was easy and simple
