Preparation of Light Soup by @magcarnie-The best supper for weight loss
Hello lovely people of steemit, trust you had an amazing day. I'm here once again to show you how I prepared my light soup. I'm actually working on loosing some weight so I prefer to take this soup as supper. Light soup is one of the best meals to take as supper if you want to loose some weight since it's less in fat and it has the ability to .ale you full. I ate it with rice.
Ingredients for the soup
• Tomatoes
• Onion
•Garlic and ginger
•Meat and Fish
•Salt,Pepper and Water
Method of Preparation
•Wash every ingredients very well and put it in a sauce pan.
• Blend the garlic and ginger then pour it on them, cover and then put on fire.
• When the tomatoes and pepper is cooked, blend
• After blending, sieve it on the soup on fire
•After blend the onion and pour it on the soup on fire
•Let the soup boil for a while
• Soup is ready
I prepared some rice and ate it with the soup for supper
