Minty Kiwi Cocktail
What a lovely day, ended up my tiredness with the best shot of cocktail also slice of tiramisu cake from 85C Bakery Cafe.
Super minty cocktail, slightly tangy taste of squeezed lemon juice and tequila gave me a clear spirit to just enjoy the feeling of being relaxed.
To make the cocktail, start with crushing your favorite clear minty candy and set aside (keep some to garnish the edging of your cocktail's glass if you prefer).
Peel some kiwi fruit and press the juice out by using a fruit press machine, then mix in some squeezed lemon juice also the minty candy. In a cocktail shaker, shake the kiwi juice and tequila then serve with some iced cubes.
