The Food Diary Game| String beans with Egg Cooking Tutorial

Hello Steemian Friends, have a good and blessed day to all of you. How's your doing right now? Hopefully everyone is doing good.

Today, I'll be sharing one of the recipes we have here, "String beans with Egg". It's unusual recipe because we never put a meat on it, as what we commonly do, Instead we're using eggs as substitute. Speaking of protein, the egg is contains a lot of protein.

This is very simple to make but delicious to eat. Hopefully you can learn in this tutorial.

String bean and egg are rich in Protein and it's healthy to eat. The dish is good for the the kids and adults.

These are the ingredients:

1. String Beans (1/2 Kg)
2. Eggs (4 pieces)
3. Oil (1/4 of measuring cup)
4. Seasoning (1 Sachet - optional / You can select the seasoning you have in your country)
5. Salt - (1 teaspoon - optional / you can adjust the taste if you want)
6. Pepper (1 teaspoon)
7. Onion (1 pieces)
8. Garlic (1/2 cloves)

These are the procedures:

1. Mince the Onion and Garlic
2. Slice the String beans into small pieces as what you have seen in the photo..
3. Prepare and beat the eggs add salts.
4. Heat the oil in the pan in medium heat.
5. Saute the Onion and Garlic until it turn in light brown.
6. Pour out and stir the string beans in the pan with slightly cook onion and garlic. Make sure that it cooks well.
7. Pour out the Beaten eggs to the string beans and mix until it cook.
8. Serve it to your meal.
