Happy mother's day to all. Today is a special day to all others in the whole world. As to celebrate the special day of our mother, we must bake a cake for our mother. Today I want to share my special cake for my beautiful mother - Steam Mocca Cake for mother's day.

This is my video in making my special cake for my mother.

Now let me show you all the ingredients needed to bake this cake.

For the cake ingredients

1 tsp	hot water
1 tsp	cocoa powder
2 tbsp	coffee granules
1 tsp	vanilla extract
1 cup	cake flour
1 tsp	baking powder
1 tsp	salt
6 pcs	egg yolk
1 cup	sugar
1/2 cup	vegetable oil

For the Mocca buttercream frosting

1 cup	butter
1 cup	refine sugar
2 tbsp	coffee granules
2 tbsp	cocoa powder
1 cup	whipping cream

Let proceed to the procedure

Step 1: In an empty bowl, we must mix 1 tsp hot water,1 tsp cocoa powder, 2 tbsp coffee granules, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Then mix well.

Step 2: In a separate bowl, We use a strainer to sift the cake flour, baking powder, and salt. Then mix.

Step 3: Beat the 6 egg yolk for a medium speed using our hand mixer. Then add the sugar slowly. We will continue beating until the mixture will become light yellow and creamy.
Step 4: Add the 1/2 cup of vegetable oil to our sugar-egg mixture. Beat well until it combines.

Step 5: We must add the egg and sugar mixture to the coffee mixture. And beat for a few minutes.

Step 6: Prepare the baking pan. Put a parchment paper. Then pour the cake mixture into the baking pan. And cover with aluminum foil.

Step 7: Prepare the Steamer on fire. Then add an amount of water to the steamer area. Put the baking pan and let the water boil.
Steam the cake for 45-50 minutes.

For Mocca cake frosting

Step 1: Whip the 1 cup of butter in a mixing bowl. Add 1 cup of sugar slowly.
Step 2: Add the 2 tbsp of coffee granules, 2 tbsp of cocoa powder, and 1 cup of whipping cream to the mixture.
Step 3: Beat all the ingredients needed for frosting until it becomes smooth.

When the cake is already baked. Transfer the cake to a serving plate. Then put the Mocca frosting on top of the cake and make your design for your mother's day special.

Every year we celebrate mother's day every second Sunday of May. Many people prepare for this special day of being a mother. Some are having a lunch date with the family in the mall or in any place they want to celebrate a.
