Homemade healthy food: Diet Oatmeal Cake
Hello!
Today I baked a cake, but a diet cake. It won't hurt my figure. Oatmeal cake.
Unusual cake, isn't it? Not difficult to make, the cake has an original flavor: orange and chocolate. Try cooking it!
I think that you will find the ingredients for such a cake.
Ingredients: (you can double the serving)
- Oat flakes - 150 g
- Wheat flour - 1 st. l.
- Sesame flour - 1 tbsp. l
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Banana - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
- Sugar - 20 g
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp.
- Vanilla sugar - as you wish
- Oranges - 1 pc.
- Cottage cheese dessert - 150 g
- Dark chocolate 10 g
Step by step:
1. Beat eggs with sugar, add vanilla sugar if desired
2. Mash the banana with a fork.
3. Add banana and vegetable oil to the beaten eggs.
4. Combine dry ingredients (oatmeal, wheat and sesame flour, baking powder) and add to the dough.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
6. Remove from oven, cool, cut into 2 cakes.
7. Apply curd cream on 1 cake, cover with the second. Add squeezed juice of half an orange and grated chocolate if desired.
8. Spread the cream over the top and sides of the cake. Garnish with orange and shredded chocolate.
