major ingredients (5 savings)

All purpose flour 250 g
chicken gravy
chicken 250 g
vegetables(carrot,beans,leeks,cabage)finely chopped or grated
2 eggs(large)
oil
water
salt
peper

procedure

1 . Add 1 tea spoon of salt to the flour and kneed the dough by hand by adding water

2.let the dough 30 min

3.break down the dough in to small balls and make rottee

4.after applying oil both sides of the rottee by brush roast both sides of rottee slitely in a pan

5.cut all the rottee by knife in to small pieces
6.take large pan and add 4 tbs of oil into it and add finely cut chicken , 2 eggs , pepper and,salt
7.when the eggs are scrambled add all the vedetables chopped garlic and chopped ginger
8.saute all the vegetables with the oil and add finely cut rotte to it

1. add 110 ml of chicken gravy to it and mix well under the high flame
   10.after few minutes of cooking you can serve it to your guest with down south special tea
