Hope you doing great and enjoying your life ,winter vacations and Christmas holidays I'm here to participate new year special Racipe contest and I'm going to share my special many which I arranged for my family ,I invited my family to celebrate the new year ,and enjoying the dinner. I have prepared three dishes and special cake for dessert . Let's start..

My Manu for new year dinner

• Chicken biryani
• Chicken Qorma
• Pizza
• Special chocolate glaze cake

Chicken biryani

I have prepared chicken biryani which is most important and favorite dish to serve in every get together so I made it and it was super delicious.

I have also made chicken Qorma because we all love it and my sister want me to made this for her that's why I made .

special Racipe of cake and pizza .

chocolate cake Racipe.

ingredients

Ingredients	Quantity
Flour	1 cup + 1 table spoon
Eggs	3
Icing sugar	1 cup
Coco powder	2 table spoon
Oil	3 tablet spoon
Baking powder	1tea spoon
Vannnila assence	1 tea spoon

Frosting

Ingredients	Quantity
Chilled whipped cream	4 table spoon
Dark chocolate	1 bar

Racipe

• First I separate the egg white and egg yolk
  Then beat the egg white with Beater untill it's became foamy .

• Then I add assence on it and add icii suger and again beat until they become creamy form.

• Then add one by one agg yolk a d beat gain .

• Then add floure ,coco powder and baking soda on the mixture but on this time we don't use beater we will use specula for mixing .

• Don't break the foamy form of mixture by mixing because when you mix Fastly it's became hard when you bake it.
• Pour into 8 Inch mold and put pre heat oven 180°c for 20 minutes.

• Then takee out after 20 minutes and left for room temperature.

Frosting

• Took chilled whipped cream beat it until it becomes thick and sticky .

• Cut the cake into 3 piece and pour milk on each peace when you spread the icing cream.

• Melt the dark chocolate on milk and decorate by your own choice.

• It's ready.

I also made the pizza for dinner.

• I try to decorate my house simple written happy new year 2021 on wall .😁

Family dinner .

So that's my new year special Racipe of cake and we enjoyed our last dinner with family on end of this year and welcome new year with so many good memories . Hope you all like it and enjoying reading my post. Thanks for coming on my post ❤️
