PROCEDURE:
STEP 1. Wash clams over running water. Remove impurities by hands.
STEP 2: In a pot with boiling water, boil clams for 3 minutes over medium heat. Do not overcook otherwise clam will separate from shell. Just enough to open the clams. Add 1 tablespoon of salt before boiling.
STEP 3: Meanwhile, lets prepare the vegetables.
Remove hard stalks and stems from parsley and then finely chop.

STEP 4: Once the clams are cooked. Tranfer to a colander and I am using a basin to catch all the broth. We will use the clam broth for our pasta. Then remove one side of the shell. Set aside.
STEP 5: Boil water for pasta over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of Salt. Cook spaghetti for 10 minutes or until its al dente.
STEP 6: Now its time to cook our spaghetti alle vongole. Heat oil over medium heat then add garlic and onions saute for 1 minute.
