Special Delicious "Sago Pudding" Recipe

Assalamu Alaikum. Hello Food Lovers, Hope everybody is doing well. Today I will share with you the recipe of a different pudding and that is Sago Pudding is very tasty to eat and this pudding takes few ingredients to make such a delicious pudding with few ingredients today I hope to show you Would love to.

STEP - 1

We eat a lot of pudding but it is a different kind of pudding it is very tasty to eat so to make it I first put a pan in the oven and put enough water in it I will boil the Sago in this water that's why I put this water in the oven

When the water that I gave to the cotton is slightly hot, you have to put a cup of Sago inside it. You have to wash it a little well first and then you have to give it to boil in that water.

After giving Sago under water. Cook the Sago for 5 minutes. Keep the stove on medium heat when cooking it. If you keep the stove on high heat while cooking, the water will be drawn and the Sago will not boil, so the stove should be kept medium to boil normally

After five minutes, when the Sago is cooked, it should be poured into a sieve and washed very well with cold water.

Cooked Sago should be washed very well with sufficient amount of cold water. When it is boiled, it is very soft in nature, so it should be washed with sufficient cold water, cooled, crushed by hand and washed well.

When the Sago is washed very well with cold water, it will be ready for making pudding and it should be placed in a side bowl before making other ingredients for pudding.

To make the pudding, the Sago is ready. Now you have to prepare the mixture of eggs and milk. For this, you have to break three eggs in a bowl. Eggs should not be refrigerated. If they are, they should be taken out at least 30 minutes in advance and then used to make puddings.

Three days when a house is taken to the bank, add 1 cup of sugar inside it. The reason for adding sugar to the eggs is that if I break the eggs, I have to mix them over time. So if I give 2 ingredients at a time, then when I beat the eggs well, the sugar will melt the freedom, so the two ingredients have to be mixed together.

The next day and the sugar mixture should be mixed very well over time. It will take a little time to mix these because it will take a long time for the sugar to melt so you have to mix it for at least 5 to 6 minutes. When it is mixed, add half kg Liquid milk

When you add milk to the mixture of eggs and sugar, you have to mix the milk and this mixture well. You have to mix them very well because if it is not mixed well, the pudding will not be perfect, so try to mix well.

When the milk is added to the mixture of sugar and eggs and then it is mixed, then you have to add the pre-prepared Sago inside it.

When all the materials will be added. Then you have to mix them very well. After giving sabudana, you don't have to stir much, you have to keep it low, but you have to mix it well slowly.

When all the ingredients are mixed, pour the batter of this pudding into the bowl in which you will make the pudding.

To make the pudding, when the pudding is in a better pudding bowl, put 2 cups of water in a pot in the oven to steam the pudding and put an estan on top of it then wait for the water to heat

When the pudding is hot, you have to put it on top of the pudding bowl. You have to put it in the bowl with the pudding batter.

Then wait at least 35 minutes with a lid on the pan. After 35 minutes this pudding will be ready. At this stage, you should keep the stove on low heat so that the steam slowly evaporates and the water is drawn out.



STEP - 4

After 35 minutes a wooden stick should be used to see if the waist is properly steamed. So put a stick inside the stick and if the stick comes clean, you will understand that it is ready. And if there is a sticky feeling inside it, then understand that it is not made, then leave it for another five minutes.

When the pudding is ready, it needs to be refrigerated for an hour to set well. You can serve it as soon as you have it, but if you refrigerate it for an hour, it will set well and cool.

We eat different types of grasshoppers every day but many of us have not eaten this Sago pudding yet but it is actually very tasty so if you try it at home you will understand how delicious it is so I hope you will try it at home.
