I am Jyoti from India I love cooking and making a variety of foods, here I'm going to share with you a recipe for SWERRT POTATO CAKE which can be made at home with a microwave oven, here are the steps to make it

Ingredients:
❤ Sweet potatoes ❤ Butter ❤ Sugar ❤ Cashew nuts
❤ Raisins ❤ Vanilla essence ❤Eggs ❤ Baking soda

Step1:

Take the sweet potatoes peel off it outer skin and boil them with water and the required amount of salt

Step2:

Take a cup of sugar and grind strain to make sugar powder

Step3:

Take a bowl and break two eggs into it, add the sugar powder, and butter and mix them well.

Step4:

Crush the sweet potatoes and add them to the bowl.

Step 5:

Add a cup of milk and mix them well with a hand whisk or blender, add cashew nuts, raisins, a tablespoon of vanilla essence, and baking soda and mix them well.

Step 6:

Take a glass tray pour the mixture into the tray and keep it in a microwave oven and bake it at 300 degrees and allow it to cook for 15 minutes

After that take it out from the microwave oven and let it cools down, now the SWERRT POTATO CAKE si ready cut it and serve on a plate.
