Im Jyoti from India, I live in the southern part of India and also outskirts of Coimbatore city which are called Kongu Nadu, which is famous for homemade masalas which used to cook for good flavour and taste. here I show you how to make the masa and the recipe of "Kongu Nadu Masala Chicken" , hope you like it
Ingredients:
❤ Chopped chicken meat
❤ Onions
❤ Edible oil
❤ Cummin seeds
❤ Salt
❤ Pepper
❤Tomatoes
❤ Fennel seeds
❤ Cloves
❤ Coriander seeds
❤ Cardamon
❤ Cinnamon
❤ Coriander leaves
Step 1:
Chope the onions and tomatoes and keep them aside separately
Step 2:
Take the chicken chop them into small pieces and wash them properly and keep them aside
Step 3:
Put Kadai on the flame to heat, add coriander seed, fennel seeds, pepper, and cumin seeds, and fry them dry with low flame.
Step 4:
Add cardamons cloves and cinnamon to fry, after frying them put them in a mixer grinder jar, and make it to powder.
Step 5:
Put the Kadai on flame add oil to heat, add chopped onions, and tomatoes to saute.
Step 6:
Add the ground masala powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and ginger -garlic paste in the Kadai and mix them well.
Step 7:
Add the required amount of salt and ad the washed chicken pieces and saute them well.
Step 7:
Close the lid until its water content dries and until the chicken cook, when the aroma came out mix it well and add coriander leaves.
Now the "Kongu Nadu Masala Chicken" is ready to serve, eat with bread, rice or chapatis.
