Making of delicious snacks :" Potato Bonda"

I'm Jyoti from India, I cooking is my passion, today I'm going to give you a recipe about making delicious snacks Potato Bonda a south Indian dish and very easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

🍅 Potatoes
🍅 Gram Flour
🍅 Onions
🍅 Salt
🍅 Ginger
🍅 Garlic
🍅 Turmeric Powder
🍅 Green Chillies
🍅 Sunflower Oil
🍅 Asafoetida
🍅 Curry Leaves
🍅 Mustard Seeds
🍅 Cummin Seeds

Method:

Step 1:

Take some potatoes, wash them and boil with water, after boiling those potatoes peel them off, and make it mass.

Step 2:

Take fry pan, add some oil, add a spoon of mustard seeds, and curry leaves.

Step 3:

Cut the onions and green chilies and add them into the pan, add a spoon of salt into it and mix them well.

Step 4:

Cut the garlic and ginger into small pieces and add them to the pan, add half a spoon of turmeric powder and mix them well.

Step 5:

Add a spoon of asafoetida into the pan and take the potato mass, and mix with all the gradients in the pan with a low flame, after mixing take them in a bowl and make them into small balls and keep them separately.

Step 4:

Take the Gram flour and add some water mix it well like a pulp, this will be the coating for the snacks.

Step 4:

Take the potato balls and dip them in the gram pulp, coat it well, and fry with sunflower oil.

Step 4:

When the balls turn into brown color, take them out and keep them in a bowl.

Now the delicious Potato Bonda is ready to eat, serve it in with some onion slices. It is good to have this with tea or coffee as the evening snacks.
