Creamy Puffs

Hi friends,
I'm Jyoti from India, Cooking is fun and I love cooking very much, today I have been wanting to share a recipe for yummy snacks Creamy Vegetable Puffs which I made with Microwave oven.

Ingredients:

🍅 Maida Flour
🍅 Wheat Flour
🍅 Backing Soda
🍅 Potatoes
🍅 Edible Oil
🍅 Salt
🍅 Cauliflower
🍅 Onions
🍅 Tomatoes
🍅 Carrots
🍅 Flat Beans
🍅 Mustard Seeds
🍅 Curry leaves
🍅 Red chili powder
🍅 Garam Masala
🍅 Turmeric powder

Step 1:

Take the potatoes to wash them, boil them and keep them aside.

Step 2:

Chop onions, tomatoes and keep them aside, chop all vegetables, boil in water and keep them aside separately.

Step 3:

Put the Kadai on flame, pour some oil to heat, and mustard oil, curry leaves, and chopped onions.

Step 4:

Add turmeric powder and mix it well, add chopped tomatoes and add salt to roast well.

Step 5:

Add the boiled potatoes and mash them into the Kadai and mix with the gradients, and add all chopped and boiled vegetables and mix them well and put off the flame and keet the mix aside.

Step 6:

Take the Maida flour in a bowl and add a cup of wheat flour salt and water and some oil and make them a dough, after making the dough make small balls and make roti with a roller.

Step 6:

Take butter and apply on the roti, add two spoons of the vegetable mix in the middle and fold to cover-up

Step 7:

Make 10 or 12 pieces like this.

Step 8:

Preheat the Microwave oven and keep the pieces on a grill and keep in the oven, bake it at 180 degrees for up to 20 minutes.

Step 9:

After baking the puffs, take them out and let them cool up to dry the butter, apply some roasted suji on it.

Now the creamy Creamy Vegetable Puffs is ready to eat, you can try at your home with these steps.
