Cool Rasmalai with an easy method

I'm Jyoti from India, I like to Cook different kind of foods, today I'm going to give you a recipe for juicy Cool Rasmalai with easy steps.
Ingredients:
🍅 Milk
🍅 Wheat flour
🍅 Bread
🍅 Sugar
🍅 Almonds
🍅 Cashewnuts
🍅 Safron
🍅 Cardamon powder
🍅 Turmeric powder
Step 1:
Take two spoons of wheat flowy in a bowl, add water and make it dilute batter, and keep it aside.
Step 2:
Take the dry fruits and nuts and cut them into small pieces, add cardamom powder and mix them well.
Step 3:
Put the Kadai on a flame add milk and heat well, add sugar and the wheat batter into the Kadai and mix them continuously in a low flame to make a pulp.
Step 4:
Add a pinch of turmeric powder and saffron to bring color, and add half of the dry fruits that we made before into the pulp and mix them well.
Step 5:
Put off the flame and keep the pulp aside to cool down and turn its color.
Step 6:
Take the bread and press with roti roller, make the round piece using any kind of round die cutter, and make at least 20 pieces like that.
Step 7:
Take half spoon from the rest of the dry fruits and keep in the center of bread pieces and cover it with another round of bread pieces as shown in the picture.
Step 8:
Keep the stuffed bread pieces in a bowl
Step 9:
Take the milky pulp and pour it into the bowl as it applies evenly on the stuffed bread
Step 10:
Keep the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let them cool.
Now the juicy, sweet and Cool Rasmalai is ready to eat, seve it like an ice cream bowl.
