It is called Go-men Ramen Restaurant, located near Hachinohe Station, Japan. They are popular because of their different selections of appetizing ramen.

For the safety of everyone, you have to follow this, checking of temperature protocol. Since coronavirus is still around in our area.

Choose your order from recipes posted on the wall.

You will have to pay your chosen ramen on a vending machine and give your receipt to the staff.

The Japanese staff here are friendly since they already recognized me as a regular customer. He is busy while preparing our orders.

And the environment here is too simple, Japanese writings on the wall and a large tv screen.

And finally, here is our order! I now smell the tempting aroma of spices and grilled pork.

Pork Miso Ramen. Consists of grilled pork, mung beans sprouts, miso soup, minced garlic and their secret ingredients.

Kuzurechyatsou Ramen. This ramen is usually served during summer. It has no soup. It is a combination of dry noodles, grilled pork, mung beans sprout, ginger, egg, and minced garlic.

What I love the most is the “ hot and spicy miso ramen”. You can choose the spicy label from 1-5. In my case, I love spicy foods so I go for a number 5. It is a combination of miso soup, grilled pork, ginger, minced garlic, and onions, egg, and hot chili paste.

Eating while on their knee is one of the Japanese cultures. Eating with friends or with families is more fun, more merrier.

This is our receipt. That cost 2,730 yen.
