Fish curry with potatoes and tomatoes...

How are you all. This my first post on #steemFoods community. I love to eat food. Everyone like to eat. But i,m also love to cook. I,m not good at cooking. I,m try to cook. Help my mother. Why only girls helo their mother and cooking . boys also love to cook and help mother to cooking. @alikoc07 is admin of the community. He also love to cooking.

Today i,m going to cook traditional dishes. I will cook Fish curry. We are Bangali so fish our favourite food. It was our #Bangladeshifood. Now i will tell that how can i cook fish curry.

Fish curry

Today i,m going to buy Rui fish. The Zoo logical name is #labeorohita. I will buy 2 big size fish in to the market.

Ingredients
1.Rui fish(Labeo rohita)
2.chop onion
3.green chilli
4.tomatoes
5.potatoes
6.Turmeric powder
7.cumin powder
8.cumin paste
9.Salt
10.oil

How to cook fish curry with potatoes and Tomatoes

Two fish was fresh. Now i,m going to the fish one bye one.

Cutting two fish but today i,m cook one fish so i will wash one fish. Other fish i will freeze it. When you wash fish use salt because it was clean your fish perfectly. Now keep it in a pot.

I,m going to mash up all cutting fish with 1 tablespoon turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Then take a pan in stove and pour some oil. And fry all the fish one by one. After frying all fish then keep it in a plate.

See fry all the fish. Fried fish was complete. Now i will keep i on a plate.

Now i will have to chop some onion, green chilli. Chop all the ingredients and keep it in a pot.

Chop the tomatoes. Tomatoes are very important ingredients to cook fish for that the gravy was deep. The taste was different so if anyone want to cook tastefully food item then use tomatoes.

I have to chop the potatoes. Cut in same size. Keep it in a plate .

Now again take a pan in stove and pour one by one ingredients like 1 tablespoon garlic paste,cumin paste, 1 tablespoon turmeric powder,cumin powder. Also pour chop onion, green chilli, potatoes, tomatoes and fry all the the ingredients then pour one glass of water to boiled the potatoes. After 20 minutes later when the waster was deep and the gravy was little deep. Pour all fry fish in to the pan. Cook it about 15 minutes more. Then keep it the pan in stand. My cooking was completed.

Now i will keep all the fish in a bowl. Me with fish curry with potatoes and tomatoes. It was too testy. The gravy was awesome . i like it so much. I WILL eat it with white rice.
