The dairy game season#4 my today Food dairy .

Hi my people it my great pleasure to be here this hour to share this good tidings with you thanks to @ Ngozi for this initiative , my day today was a busy but fruitful one , I am presenting to you my food dairy for today . we are people with a series of delicacies but I decided to make this combination today follow a bit don't get tire I promise u will love it.

Morning:
After the morning devotion the question was what will we eat today before my little sister now came out with this brilliant idea of a meal we have not taken for a while , although the process is a little bit ethical but we accepted the puzzle, it was an idea of preparing a coconut rice .there is this coconut plant on the backyard very close to the goat farm in our backyard has shown below👇

I was asked to plug 8 of the coconut has a step to start our meal preparation I did that within some minutes I now have to pill the exocarp So has to be able to extract the water from it has shown below👇

then take it to a grinder for extraction it was indeed lovable to see this done with ease then my sister boiled the rice, indeed it was a combined preparation no doubt the meal was an exception from others meal I have taken in the last few days.

The cooking process done specially by mum:
Mum toke the extracted coconut water and pour it into the seasoned rice with an assorted chicken meat ,then she added some measurable water not to overshadow the flavor of the coconut but in some proportion , she cooked for 25minute and the rice was ready.

THE LAST PART:
Little sis was asked to prepare some salad ,I never knew she is a genius , the salad was superly great that we all demanded for more then we were all saved , the ration was indeed a balanced one .
