Buen fin de semana steemians, vengo con todo el espíritu de las olimpiadas a compartir una receta ganadora y deliciosa, galletas de canela cubierta con chocolate y en forma de medallas, es mi entrada al concurso 27 de la comunidad #steemitfoods que tiene como tema las olimpiadas Tokio 2020.
Good weekend steemians, I come with all the spirit of the Olympics to share a winning and delicious recipe, cinnamon cookies covered with chocolate and in the shape of medals, it is my entry to the 27th contest of the #steemitfoods community that has as theme the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
Ingredientes: || Ingredients:
140 gr de harina de trigo.
100 gr de azúcar.
3 cucharadas colmadas de mantequilla.
1 huevo.
Canela a gusto.
140 gr of wheat flour.
100 grams of sugar.
3 heaped tablespoons of butter.
1 egg.
Cinnamon to taste.
150 gr de azúcar.
1 huevo.
Media taza de agua.
Colorante rojo.
150 gr sugar.
1 egg.
Half a cup of water.
Red coloring.
100 gr de chocolate.
1 cucharada colmada de mantequilla.
Media taza de leche.
100 gr of chocolate.
1 heaping tablespoon of butter.
Half a cup of milk.
Preparación || Preparation:
En un bol agregué la mantequilla el el azúcar, mezclé hasta incorporar y añadí el huevo y la canela a gusto.
In a bowl I added the butter and sugar, mixed until incorporated and added the egg and cinnamon to taste.
Al estar mezclados los ingredientes incorporé la harina de trigo.
Once the ingredients were mixed, I added the wheat flour.
Deben mezclarse hasta forma una masa densa, luego se debe enharinar una bandeja.
They should be mixed until a dense dough is formed, then a tray should be floured.
Tomé un pedazo de masa y formé una bolita luego la aplané y abrí una abertera, seguido la coloqué en la bandeja y horneé a 180° por unos 10 minutos.
I took a piece of dough and formed it into a ball, flattened it and opened a hole, then I placed it on the tray and baked it at 180° for about 10 minutes.
Luego derretí el chocolate, para ello lo coloqué en una olla y agregué la mantequilla y la leche, derretí la pieza de chocolate a fuego bajo. Para el merengue vertí la clara del huevo en u recipiente y comencé a batir mientras que se cocinaba el almíbar (agua con 75 gr de azúcar), cuando la clara duplicó su tamaño le agregué 75 gr de azúcar, batí otros minutos y luego incorporé el almíbar, batí hasta formar picos firmes.
Then I melted the chocolate, for this I placed it in a pot and added the butter and milk, I melted the chocolate piece over low heat. For the meringue I poured the egg white in a bowl and began to beat while the syrup (water with 75 grams of sugar) was cooking, when the egg white doubled in size I added 75 grams of sugar, beat for another few minutes and then added the syrup, beat until firm peaks formed.
Finalamente cubrí en chocolate las galletas dejé refrigerar para endurecer el chocolate, y luego escribí con el merengué los números.
Finally, I covered the cookies in chocolate and let them refrigerate to harden the chocolate, and then I wrote the numbers with the meringue.
