Here I am again with another cooking recipes and story to share with you all today.

BREAKFAST:

Early in the morning, I went to the market to buy something to cook for today.
We started our day with "Kakanin" and a hot chocolate drink with mango for our breakfast actually this is requested by my kids.

LUNCH:

For lunch, I cooked fried sweet ham. Another request of my kid. This is just as easy as frying. My kids really love it.

FRIED SWEET HAM

DINNER:

For dinner, I decided to cook chicken for my kids, one of their favorites but I made it more special by cooking it in "Sweet Garlic Chicken" style.

SWEET GARLIC CHICKEN

• chicken 1/2 kilo
• black pepper powdered 2tbsp
• salt 2tbsp
• corn starch 4tbsp
• egg 1 large
• garlic minced
• butter 2tbsp
• catsup 4tbsp
• brown sugar 2tbsp
• oil for frying
• sesame seeds

THE PROCEDURE
• First, marinate the chicken with salt and pepper for at least 30 minutes.

• Mix the marinated chicken with corn starch and egg

• Then fry

For Sweet Sauce ..
• On a hot pan, put the butter then the garlic, catsup and the brown sugar and mix well

• Add the fried chicken into the mixture mix well

•Then, serve.....
• sprinkled it with sesame seeds

This ends my cooking for today. Hope you like it.
