Have a blesssed sunday to everyone!good morning to all my steemian friends.this morning we went to market to buy food for our breakfast, and since it's sunday today and my husbands day off today my husband loves to eat kinilaw. we buy sea urchin and bolinao for kinilaw ,usually if it is sunday he always buy kilawin and sometimes bakasi.and because bilanao is to many we divided it into two, half is for kilawin and anotber half for tortang bilanao
HOW TO COOK TORTANG BOLINAO
INGREDIENTS:
EGG
FLOUR
SEASONING
SALT
BOLINAO
COOKING OIL
At first i put the bolinao in a small basin then i wash it with water.then next i put egg
then i add flour
then next i add sallt
then last seasoning
and then i mix it carefully.
PROCEDURE OF COOKING
Heat the pan in the
stove then add cooking oil then fry the bolinao
fry it the bolinao side by side until it turns to brown.then finish.
About the kinilao i wash the bolinao first. then next i add small amount of vinigar ,onion,ginger,kalamansi ,salt and seasoning then mix.then finish
and the sea urchin,becuse its in the bottle i just put in it bowl ,
now we can enjoy eating.
And for our lunch i cook paksiw na danggit
In cooking paksiw na danggit,i wash the fish next i put danggit in a pot ,Then i cut chili pepper, ginger,garlic then i put all together in the pot,and i add small amount of water vinegar, salt , seasoning.then put the pot in the stove then leave it for about 20mins.then done.
