MY FOOD RECIPE FOR TODAY/11-18-2021/sfcharity50pc
Have a blessed morning to all my fellow stemians!Hoping that everybody is in good.Today i wake up early in the morning at exactly 5:30 because i need to prepare foods to eat for my children and baon for my husbands work too.This morning i cook eskabetche.
HOW TO COOK ESKABETCHE
INGRIDIENTS:
1/2 KILO OF FISH
ONION
BELL PEPPER
GINGER
1CARROT
CORNSTARCH
BROWN SUGAR
SALT
SEASONING
PROCEDURE:
At first i fry the fish
then after i finish fry the fish i set aside.
in another pan .
heat the pan then add 3tbsp of cooking oil
At first i put onion then saute then garlic ginger
bell pepper and i also add chilli pepper to taste a little bit spicy
then i add carrot then saute then leave it 30 seconds to make the carrot soft then i add small amount of water then i let it boil.And if it is boiled already i put small amount of soy sauce ,small amount of vinegar and i let it boiled again and then i add small amount of salt ,seasoning and then sugar
and lastly i put small amount of cornstarch
to make the soup of eskabetche a little bit sticky then stir, then after i put the fry fish then done.ready to serve
