A pleasant day to all the members of Steemit out there, especially to all my @steemfoods friends hope you are all doing good by this time. I want to share with you all about my whole day meal for today.

BREAKFAST

Since my working schedule is 8 a.m. I wake up early today to buy something for my breakfast. I quickly go to the mini-market this morning around 5 a.m. which is nearby my house. I see different kinds of fresh fish from the fish vendor and I do buy fish for my viand this morning and also buy 1pack of vegetable soup.

Cooking oil
Salt
One serving of vegetable soup

Steps in cooking

I prepare fried fish,
first I wash the fish thoroughly and clean. Then I add some salt to the fish before I fry.

Heat the frying pan into the stove then put some cooking oil, estimated on how many fishes are to be cooked.

When the cooking oil is heat put the fish into the frying pan and leave it until the color of the fish turns into brown color then reverse the fish being cooked.

And now the fish is already cooked it is ready to serve

LUNCH

During my lunch, I only buy food at our canteen.

Bam-i
Pinakbet

I eat my lunch together with my fellow workers while eating we are discussing some topics which are related to the current situation of our country it is all about politics, and etc. After eating lunch we gathered together in the corner of the production area and continues of what our topic at the canteen until the bell is ringing and it's time to go back to our work.

At exactly 5 p.m, it's about time to finish our whole day's work and as I go home I just only walk because it's close to my apartment. And I go directly to the market to where I am buying my foods for my dinner.

DINNER

Baguio beans
Cooking oil
Onion leaves
Garlic
Onion
Adobo
Magic sarap
Apple

Steps in cooking:

i clean and prepared all the ingredients in my cooking.

heat the pan into the stove add a small amount of cooking oil,when the oil is heat, first put the garlic onion followed by onion leaves

then put the adobo and mix

after putting the beans and cover

then add the seasoning products and mix thoroughly then cover again

and finally, it's cooked already and ready to serve and eat.

And this is my whole day's preparation for my meal hopefully you will like it and thank you for spending time to read.
