To mix your batter
In a large bowl put your flour , your baking powder, salt little and mix well, then add your portal and one egg and mix until it becomes crumby , then start adding your cold water little by little until you batter become thick and easy to roll just like mine up there.
Once your batter is well shaped you put in your filling that's your meat with the carrots and etc , close it use your fork to lock it just like mine in that picture. Use your egg to rub at the top so it can come out so well and crunchy.
So if you don't have oven like me, u can actually use your stove or gas cooker, I made use of my gas cooker with my pot and my cake pan.
So when you place it like this, cover the pot and allow it to bake for 40 minutes, reduce your fire to the lowest so it can bake well.
40 minutes you can now bring it out as it is done.
So this is how it will turn out so neat and looks so yummy. So your meat pie is good to go, you can serve it with your favourite juice or tea. Or you can also serve it with drinks as you wish so try this and enjoy yourself.
thank you for visiting my post today I really do appreciate and I hope you enjoyed it. You can actually ask questions if it's not clear enough.
