Home-style noodle stick (cool noodle)
Hi friends, steemia, how are you all, hopefully all of your friends are healthy.
Well, this time I @ irwansyah-zauwil want to share a receb about how to make home-style sticky noodles (caluek noodles),
which the Acehnese are very interested in when the month of Ramadan arrives, I am deliberately sharing this recipe now because the month of Ramadan has arrived,
the materials needed are as follows:
mie stick
red onion
onion leaves
tomatoes
lemongrass dau
col
doge
eggs
fry oil
spices that have been milled
First prepare the ingredients as pictured above, cabbage, doge, dau lemongrass,
green onions, stick noodles, bubumbu, and one chicken egg for solid taste
The second stage, put the sticky noodles into the pan to be boiled for about 20 minutes, wait until the noodles are soft,
after the noodles are really soft, lift and drain the noodles for a moment so that the cooking water dries up, while waiting for the noodles to dry
Prepare a frying pan and add enough oil, then put the fried onions a little until they smell like the onions.
Then put the ground spices and eggs into it and stir a little so that the eggs are evenly spiced, then add the curry ingredients that have been prepared.
After that, add enough water then stir a little so that the marinade doesn't stick later in the pan, wait until the sugar is cooked
The sugar is cooked, immediately put the stick noodle that was ready to boil earlier,
then stir it a little so that the seasoning is evenly distributed to the noodles
Home-style noodle sticks (cool noodles) are ready to eat, delicious, and tender
