Hello friends from such an exquisite @steemfoods community, today I have the opportunity to bring you a quick and delicious way to make a soup in the pressure cooker or express cooker. The ingredients for this preparation are as follows:
1 pound pork backbone
Vegetables (cassava, potatoes, squash or squash, corn or cob).
Carrot and Celery or grated arracacha
2 cloves of garlic, onion, tomato and paprika.
Spices (oregano, turmeric, turmeric, chicken broth)
1 pressure cooker or espresso cooker.
1 blender.
Steps for its elaboration:
Chop all the vegetables and place them in the pot next to the pork backbone.
2.Place in the pot with the vegetables and the pork backbone, the grated carrot and the grated celery.
- Blend the tomato, onion, garlic and cimarron and add this smoothie to the pressure cooker, along with the spices and salt.
4 Cover and cook for 25 minutes.
- Ready our soup, serve and taste.
Note: the liquid must cover our vegetables and the spine
