Sinabawang Kinhason - Clam Soup

Good Morning Everyone! How are you today? This is my first entry in #steemfoods community. Today's blog I want to share to you my Sinabawang Kinhason (Clam Soup). But before I will start I want to extend my gratitude to sir @alikoc07 for this kind of community which is the #steemfoods where we can show and learn how to cook different dishes not only in our country but also in different country. A very Thanks to you sir. And also for the unending support of @steemcurator01, @steemcurator02, @steemcurator06 and @booming accounts.

Without further a do, Lets start our recipe for today.

Here are the Ingredients of our Sinabawang Kinhason:

  • Kinhason (Clam)
  • Tomato
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Onion grass
  • Water
  • Oil
  • Salt and Vetsin to taste

PROCEDURE:
  • Heat oil in the pan. Saute the onion and garlic continue sauteing until it will reach golden brown color.

  • Next, add the Kinhason (Clam) include in sauteing so that it will absorb the flavor.

  • Add water and stir. Simmer it for about 5-10 minutes.

  • When it reach to the boiling point add the ginger, tomato, onion grass and cayenne pepper.

  • Cover the pan and let it boil for 2-3 minutes.

  • Sprinkle some salt and vetsin to add taste to our Sinabawang Kinhason.

  • Wait for it to boil again and it's ready to serve.
