Fruit smoothie with oatmeal SteemFoods 01/06/2021 by hranhuk
Hello Steamians Foods!
For tonight I decided to go back to taking my fruit smoothies instead of some other heavier food.
So I made the one I like the most, check it out!
Ingredients:
- Bananas
- Apples
- Oats in flour
- Milk
I cut apples and bananas and put them in a blender
Then I add some oats. It's optional, but I like it.
Finally, now I put the milk.
And let's turn it on and hit it all for a few seconds.
Okay, now it's time to take this vitamin delight.
