Grilled red snapper

Ingredients:

2 red poya fish,
1 teaspoon of ginger powder,
1 teaspoon of garlic powder,
3 teaspoons of lemon juice,
1 tablespoon of orange juice,
1 tablespoon of tandoori spices,
1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, salt, fish
1 teaspoon of sauce,
1 teaspoon of black pepper powder,
half a teaspoon of dried chilli powder,
1 teaspoon of tomato sauce and
1 tablespoon of mustard oil.

Method:

Put all the ingredients in the fish and leave it for one hour. Coal can burn in the fire. Or bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
