Today I am going to share with you a delicious cooking of fish with tomatos .Which is very tasty to eat with our rice.
I am going to share a new post about it on steemfoods community. Let's start with how I cooked it...

The things you need first :

• Fish 500 gm
• salt 2/1 tsp
• Turmeric 3/2 tsp
• Red chili 3/2 tsp
• mustard oil 3/2. tsp
• whole cumin. 2/2 tsp
• Onion 3/2 cup
• Water 3 tbls
• Coriander 3/2 tsp
• Ginger 3/2 tsp
• Turmeric powder 3/2 tsp
• Tomatos 2 medium size
• coriander leaves -a bit amount
• cinnamon 1/2 tsp

Step:1

First cut the fish into pieces, wash them with clean water and put them in a pot

Then the sliced ​​fish should be mixed well with salt.then,These sliced ​​fish should be mixed with turmeric powder.

Mix the chopped fish with the turmeric powder, chilli powder, spices and oil.

Then put a pan on the stove, pour some mustard oil in the pan and heat the oils for a while.

Now add some cloves and cardamom in the heated oil inside the pan and heat them for a while.

Now the fish pieces kept in the pan should be well mixed with some ingredients and two tomatoes should be chopped together.

Now you have to leave the pieces of fish in the heated oil and turn the fry for a while.

Now fry the fish pieces in hot oil and keep them in the oil for 15 minutes.It will have a mixture of different types of ingredients and they have to be mixed well.

Now pour some water with the completely fried fish and keep them at room temperature for a while.

Then put a lid on the fan so that the fish is well mixed.

Now it is fully cooked.Then after keeping the pan at moderate temperature the finished cooking will be done.
