Hello Food Lovers. I am back once again with an amazing recipe of French Fries. Which i will suggest you to make you will definitely going to love it. I have seen many times that many children just love the fries of KFC and MacDonald's but they are quite expensive and that is why i researched too much and come out with this amazing recipe which will give you the exactly the same taste as the mentioned above restaurants.
So without wasting any time lets get straight to the recipe.

Ingredients

1. Potatoes
2. Oil (For Frying)
3. Salt
4. Corn flour
5. Chilies (if you want to make them spice else you can skip them)

Recipe

Step 1
First you have to take 3 to 4 potatoes which are big in size and peel them. After washing them cut those potatoes in the shape of French Fries and put them in the bowl.

Step 2
After that add some corn flour in them and mix them until all the French fries are covered with corn flour as they will help in providing the crisp to your Fries. After that add about one pinch of salt.

Step 3
Now this is the most important step which give the look and taste of KFC OR Macdonald's Fries. After mixing the fries in corn flour you have to put your bowl in the fridge for like half an hour. Before frying them.

Step 4
Then you have to take a frying pan add some oil in the frying pan. Be careful to add this much oil so that you can fry them easily. Then take the fries out of the fridge. Add some chilies if you wanted other wise just put them in the frying pan carefully.

And after frying them finally your fries are ready to eat. Your child is just going to love it I recommend you to try them once.
