Hello.

My son Emirhan and I decided to tantuni for the SteemFoods family.

Emirhan wants to be a famous chef. She's excitedly learning to cook in the kitchen.

According to his own palate, he adds to the recipes. He's not very good with vegetables, but he's very happy when he eats meat dishes. And he's got a knack for cooking. I really enjoy cooking with him.

Tantuni with chicken tenderloin

Ingredients:

• Half a kilo of chicken tenderloin
• 2 teaspoons sweet powdered paprika
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1 cup of water (available from chicken broth)
• Salt
• Ready-to-wrap lavash

First, chicken tenderloins are chopped into small cubes.

Water is put up to half the pot. When the water in the pot boils, chicken tenderloins are thrown into it. There should be enough water to get over the chickens. Chickens are boiled for ten minutes.

When scalding chickens, tomatoes, spring onions, lettuce are chopped small and small.

The water of boiled chickens is filtered. Butter and olive oil are put in the heated pan. Boiled chickens are added to the pan. Spices and as much salt as you want are also put on top of the chickens. After five minutes, if you want a glass, water or a glass of chicken broth is added to the pan. Chickens continue to cook with oil, spices and water.

When the water we put in it is reduced by half, the bottom of the stove closes. It's got to have water in it. That way the lavash tastes even more delicious.

Half of the lavash is pressed on the chickens in the pan one by one. Oil and water in the pan are spread throughout the lava. In this way, the lavash is softer and tastier.

First, chicken is put in the lavash to the extent that you want. Tomatoes, onions, lettuce are added from the ingredients we have prepared. You can also add onions and green peppers if you want. Since emirhan chef prefers to use these materials, we used them.

After putting the desired ingredients in the lavash, a tightly wrapped burrito is made.

It's even more enjoyable to eat with buttermilk and pickles. Tastes vary by person. Besides tantuni burritos, you can choose any drink you want.
