Steemfoods: How to make Indian style vegetable recipe of Palak Paneer ( spinach with cottage cheese)

Hello everyone ,

How are you all ? I think all of of you are great and safe at home , today i was making a vegetable like curry of spinach with cottage cheese then i think that why not share this recipe to all with the help of @steemfoods community.

Ingredients list-

Spinach - 400 gram
Onion - 2 medium pieces
Tomato - 4 medium pieces
Ginger - 5 gram
Green chilli - 4 to 5 pieces
Coriendor leaves - 10 gram
Garlic paste - one table spoon
Heavy cream - approx 5 spoons
Spices -
Red chilli powder - to taste
Salt - to taste
Black pepper - two pinch
Cumin seeds - half spoon
Turmeric powder - half spoon
Coriendor powder - one spoon
Dry fenugreek leaves - one spoon
Bay leaf - one or two
Oil - you preffer

So let's start how to make ,
First of all we need to blanch the spinach like this .

After that making paste of it ,

Then take all the vegetables and clean ,

After that make puree of onion and tomato like that,

After that take cauldron or big pan then put some oil ,

Then the heat the oil then put cummin,turmeric ,bayleaf then add green chilli

Then add ginger,

After brown it then add onion puree,

After 4 to 5 min add tomato puree then stir it ,

After 2 min add spinach puree in it and then stir it continiously for 5 min ,

After that add garlic paste and cream in it then add some water ,

After that add all the spices ( coriendor powder, salt ,red chilli, black pepper ),

After that cut the cottage cheese and then deep fring till goldan brown like this,

Then add cottage cheese in curry and add chop coriendor leaves,

After that serve hot with indian breads like chapati and naan as you want really this is so tasty i think all of you like this recipe .
