Good day friends and food enthusiasts here in Steemfoods Community. Today I want to share with you all my Chicken Adobo Recipe.

Cooking Chicken Adobo is so easy yet also delicious. So without further ado, here is the Recipe and procedure.
Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo Chicken (chopped in medium size)
- 1 pc white onion (slice)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 tablespoon soy sauce
- 4 to 5 pcs citrus
- 4 tablespoon cookinv oil
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup water
- bayleaf
Procedure in Cooking
First, wash the chicken thoroughly and slice the onions and garlic.
Second, we will marinate the chicken. Add into the chicken the pepper, garlic, garlic powder, soy sauce and squeeze the citrus juice. Marinate the chicken 30 minutes or up to 1 hour.
After marinating the chicken. In a frying pan, put oil and fry small quantity of the white onions. And set aside.
On the same pan, fry the chicken until golden brown.
When the chicken are already cooked, add in the white onions. Mix, and add water.
Simmer until there is less water. Add the bayleaf and seasoned with salt.
Our Chicken Adobo is now cooked and ready to be serve. Tsadaaaa!!!
