Hi everyone. I'm Ese From Nigeria. This morning, I want to promote a local delicious African meal of my country, Niger Delta people of Nigeria. particularly the urhobo enthnic group of Delta State. We Popularly refer to it as Ogwho Ameidi. Banga soup is basically made with palm fruit, Otieko and logoje spices, and banga leaves called beletete. The urhobo people prefer to make it with tiko (jerky) It can also be prepared with fresh fish and chicken. I will start with listing out my ingredients with pictures.

INGREDIENTS
1 banga(palm nut fruit) 5 cups

Step2 pound it till the palm fruits separate from the seeds and mash with your hand, add water little by little to prevent being too watery, and pour into your sieve already placed in the pot. Repeat this process 3times.
