Passion Fruit Cake

Greetings to all!
On several occasions I have shared with you recipes for savory dishes, because they are the ones I know how to make the best or the ones that work best for me. I know how to make sweet recipes, but they don't always turn out well, so in this post I would like to share with you a recipe that did turn out well, a parchita cake.

The ingredients to prepare this cake are few and the preparation is certainly simple, so it is a recipe for both the experienced and the not so experienced, like me.

Ingredients :-
✤ Flour
✤ Sugar
✤ Baking powder
✤ Eggs
✤ Parchita
✤ Oil
✤ Salt

In my case, I used the blender to mix all the liquids in the recipe. First I added a cup of oil in the blender, before I prepared the parchita juice and I also brought with me some salt, you will see why.

After adding the oil to the blender, I measured two cups of parchita juice and added it to the blender. Without blending anything yet, I added two eggs.

After adding the aforementioned ingredients, I started mixing. Once this was done, I added a cup of sugar and a teaspoon of salt. For this is the salt I mentioned before. I then continued mixing until all the ingredients were incorporated.

This recipe has two parts: the liquid part, which is the one we have already prepared, which uses two eggs, sugar, parchita juice and oil and a little salt; then comes the solid part, which simply uses the flour and baking powder, which must be mixed before adding it to the liquid part. I used one tablespoon of baking powder for two cups of flour.

To start mixing, add the first cup of flour. The mixing should be constant so that no lumps are created. With the first cup of flour the mixture will be liquid, so we must add the next cup and continue mixing until everything is integrated and the mixture has the desired consistency.

Once the mixture is ready, we prepare our cake pan. We have to cover it with oil and then distribute flour all over the pan so that the cake does not stick once we bake it. Once this is done, we add the mixture in our pan.

After leaving it in the oven for one hour at 180 degrees, our cake will be ready.
