All combined including eggs
We start the process by preparing the vegetables by washing them.
Washing of the vegetables
After the washing process, they are chopped to smaller pieces.
The eggs are also cracked and beaten in a bowl.
Now let’a turn our attention to the beans.
The beans is soaked for 6 hours so it’s advisable to soak it in the morning the the preparation of the Koose begins in the evening.
The soaked beans
After it’s been soaked for 6 hours, the shells of the bean is pilled off leaving only the bare bean.
the outcome
The piling process
We now blend together the beans, onions and pepper with the help of blender thoroughly until everything is completely grinded.
After getting this content, we beat the whole blended substance with the help of a ladle for 30-45 minutes until it rises a little above the normal surface.
From this stage, we are good to go.
We then mixed the blended beans with all the vegetables and eggs then stirred till it mixes well.
We at a good point to start the frying process.
The frying is done with shallow process so as to see the Koose frying.
Our Koose is now ready to be consumed and can be eaten with any beverage mostly porridge.
