Methodology
Cut your waterleave, wash and put it in a colender to deplete, select your eru,
Put water on the fire to bubble, when the water is bubbling add bicarbonate relying upon the amount of eru,put your eru inside the bubbling water mix and permit it for 5mins eliminate and put it in a bowl of cold water flush it well, simply flush don't wash it as severe leave.
Channel and put it in a colander. Put your waterleave on the fire add your bubbled meat and canda, add Maggi, salt pepper permit it to cook to its taste. Dye your red oil i.e half fade permit it to get cool, put your eru in the waterleave store and permit it to cook until the water get dry u presently add your half dyed oil, add gnut oil add your crawfish permit it steam for certain minutes then, at that point, serve. NB Don't cover your eru while planning.
