Steem Foods Buffet and Resort Review | Cordova Home Village

Hello, friends of Steem Foods community,

It's been a long time, I think more than a year to be exact when I couldn't bring my kids to malls or just let them play to a safe playground due to current restrictions. I'm so glad finally our City permits a few leisure areas to operate. Of course still under their strict implementation of health protocols. I was very happy because there are a few who are now open to kids.

Wow!... you know my kids, when they heard the plan to go outside, they were so happy and excited that they want to leave right there and then!
My little boy, the night before, even kept on asking what time is it, who will be coming with us, when are going to prepare our things...and so on! With so many questions I can no longer contain, I just hug him and say, "little boy, just sleep early so you won't be left at home, okay?"

While they are young, I need to find opportunities to create great memories to cherish. I need to compete with time, you know kids won't stay that way forever. So I brought them to their dream place.

Let me share with you the place where my kids overly enjoyed it.

Cordova Home Village

Cordova Home Village Resort in Cebu is located next to our City, Mactan Island. This area is a bit isolated but no worries, taxies are just a call away if you need one.

Look at that!It's such a beautiful place. The ambiance feels like we were at a different place... outside the Philippines, it seems.

We chose to go on Saturday because at night they have this unlimited "buffet dinner" which means we don't need to prepare our food. We just need to pay 350 pesos, equivalent to 7$, each for adults and 175 pesos for kids, also equivalent to 3.5$. All you need to do is watch your kids play, a very convenient place to go.

This includes entrance, use of the pool, which was long dreamed by my seems like "quarantined kids", a table reserved for the number of persons booked ahead, plus a live band to entertain everyone. Who wouldn't be attracted to their offerings? I think that was brilliantly planned!

To settle the bill should be the first thing to do once you arrived at the area. Once the bill is settled, everyone can now enjoy the place while waiting for the "buffet dinner" to start. Dinner will start from 5:00 P.M to 9:00P.M

It was part of the plan to come earlier so we could have plenty of time to savor the place. So while waiting for the dinner to be served, we use our time to enjoy the place as much as we please.

Dinner Buffet is Ready!

At exactly 5:00 P.M, dinner is now ready. We have to fall in line to get our food. Though the staffs were lovely and friendly, we need to strictly observe social distancing at all times. So from time to time they will call anyone's attention if needed. Anyway, that was only for our own good, so there was no problem with that.

Aside from the delicious dish served, the elegant decoration of the Buffet area adds to its cunning beauty.

The food is generally healthy and delicious. My picky little boy did actually enjoyed some of it in which I think was agreeably good.
