Buenos días amigos, hoy vengo de nuevo a darles una receta muy riquísima para nuestros desayunos en casa, estos son riquísimos panqueques muy esponjosos

Los ingredientes que utilicé fueron

• 3 huevos
• 50 g de harina de trigo
• 30ml de leche
• vainilla
• azúcar

Lo primero que haremos será separar la yema y la clara de 2 Huevos.

En otro bol colocaremos el azúcar (a gusto todo dependerá de si quieres tus tortitas muy dulces o simples), se colocará 1 huevo, las dos yemas que quedaron de la preparación del merengue , un toque de vainilla, leche y harina de trigo y mezclamos todo

Al tener nuestra mezcla lista,se añadera poco a poco con nuestro merengue y mezclamos, así tendremos nuestra mezcla lista

Ponemos una sartén a fuego lento, y bien engrasados ​​y colocamos una porción de la mezcla en la sartén
