How I prepared my beans and yam
Hello friends am happy to post here actually this is my first time of posting here, I want to share with you guys how I prepared my beans and yam
This is my yam
- first of all I peal my yam and cut it to the size I want , I normally like the size of my yam very small , so as the yam can cook very fast , after cutting it , I wash it
After finish washing it I added water and boil it
After some mintue I add salt and I start preparing my brown beans
First of all I select the stone from the beans,I wash it and parboil the beans after that I went outside to cut my vegetable to garnish my beans
And this are the ingredient for the beans
After some mintue I added pepper,. crayfish, and salt, and Maggi and small onion for now after that I added palmoil I now put the vegetable with another onion to garnish the beans.
Finally my beans and yam are ready
