Intro

Bangladesh has popularity with different kinds of foods, taste and cultures as well. In Bangladesh you will find a lot of variety of food in different region of Bangladesh. For specialty of different foods, the places like cities of Bangladesh is denoted with the name of that food. For example, my city Comilla which is very much favorite for rasmalai and that's why it is called rasmalai of Cumilla. And similar way you can find biryani and this type of rich food in Dhaka and Mejban (After Death food program arrangement) beef at Chittagong. Chittagong is the second largest and port city of Bangladesh which is very much famous for its a food that is called Mejban which was offered after the death formalities.

My Experience and About Restaurant

Although the source of food is about mourning but people enjoy this taste of Mejban very much. And here it's all about beef and dal. But beef is cooked in a very different way that's why it’s taste is very much different from other cooking techniques throughout the country. And this is how much famous you can't imagine if you don't go there. Following this demand and popularity of this Mejban beef, many restaurants have been established in Chittagong for offering this food. And some restaurants have been established only offering the MEJBAN beef in Chittagong.

Here today I am sharing such experience of such kind of restaurant with you today. The name of the restaurant is very much special and basically it is specialised on this food. If you just look at the outlook and the decoration of the restaurant you can find difference between this restaurant and other restaurants. All the Chittagong, culture and the related information of Majban has been incorporated in the decoration like interior decoration of the restaurant. This is niche group restaurant. Here you can find only mejban that means beef with special recipe and dal.

I went to Chittagong for my official purpose and then along with some of my colleagues to lunch there and it was a tremendous experience not only for me in terms of Taste but also in terms of decoration and presentation of food. If you just look at the dishes and food you can see the dish are not made with a plastic, ceramic or any other element rather it is made with soil(clay) based pottery. What does it mean! It means they are just trying to show the culture from the root. It's the exactly origin of this food in the initial time. So, whatever the taste and preference is but they are trying to express their culture of Chittagong famous food through the restaurant.

And I think for this reason, this restaurant is very much famous within the short time as I have talked some of my friends about this restaurant and they have discussed me positively about the restaurant which is offering customized food but something different and obviously very much delicious. So, this is my experience and it costs about 4 dollar per person to have a full lunch.
